My First Amendment rights

The First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The First Amendment insures our rights as photographers.  I feel that photos added to a story in the publication add a "visual" to the public regarding the story.  It helps pull them into a story that may have otherwise been ignored.  Photos illustrate the story.
Without the First Amendment we would have no rights, we could be censored, our photos destroyed because someone may be offended by them and sue the publication.  I for one highly appreciate the rights given to us by the FA.
